The Eriksdale and District Chamber of Commerce is a local group of citizens who's goal is support and uplift small and medium sized business's in our area. We want to see these small businesses thrive!

Working with the MCC (Manitoba Chamber of Commerce) and Community Futures West Interlake we encourage and assist small businesses to expand and flourish through our membership.

We invite all small businesses, no matter how small, to sign up with the Eriksdale and District Chamber of Commerce to encourage growth and sales within their business.

Community Involvement

The Eriksdale & District Chamber of Commerce

Events that we sponsor/contribute to include;

Promoting Chamber businesses on the Eriksdale & District Chamber of Commerce Facebook group by posting links to websites, advertising events, specials and sharing their Facebook postings. Members are also listed on the Manitoba Chambers of Commerce website.

Contribution of funds to Station Lane new street lighting/ Railway Park Pavilion lighting

Contribution of funds to the Railway Memorial Park Cenotaph project

Annual Community Yard Sale (August long weekend)

Canada Day Celebrations; fireworks and contests, birthday cupcakes

Market Garden (begins in July and is open every Saturday) in Railway Memorial Park.

Host and sponsor the Open Forum of Candidates for Municipal Elections.

Moggey's Cabin - Celebration of Stars gala and awards evening, we joined with ITA to provide guided tours of the cabin, hired actors to entertain at the cabin and gala evening. The Chamber sponsored a guest table at the gala and provided a commemorative gift for the attendees.

Christmas lighting contest; winners are presented with Chamber Gift Certificates to be redeemed at Chamber member businesses only.

"Find Your Willy" contest. Monthly winners receive a prize of miscellaneous items. The Grand Prize winner receives a Chamber Gift Certificate redeemable only at Chamber member businesses.

NEW for 2022 - the Chamber of Commerce has launched a fundraising campaign to replace the Christmas decorative lighting on the street lights. A tax donation receipt will be issued for all donations. Please make cheques payable to the RM of West Interlake, and indicate this is for the Chamber Christmas Light Project. Click on the links below for more information;
